The Hero pays homage to a collection of Hero WODs in the name of a fallen first responder or a member of the US military. A tradition since 2008, they provide an opportunity to honour their memories.
In commemoration of their sacrifices, we have Murph, also known as Memorial Day Murph – a tribute made specially for US Memorial Day.
